Roll Inside-Out

For the inside out roll, all you really have to do is switch the places with rice and seaweed.

Everything the same way, except leave a small strip of rice open, for the roll to be enclosed tightly. Yet everything else goes the same way.

And there you have it, a roll

Except white, not black...
Tastes differ...
